Version 1.21 is out. Although it doesn’t fix the main syncing bug, it at least gives insight into it. I had to wait for Apple to post this before I could think about submitting the main fix.

Also, Apple has approved the Free version of the app, which you can check out here. I believe that the sync bug is fixed now, and the update will be ready to submit for approval today.
